1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnchainProbe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free and paid tiers.

2. Description of Service

OnchainProbe is an automated testing platform for blockchain RPC endpoints. The Service allows you to create, run, and monitor test suites against your RPC providers to verify correctness, performance, and reliability. Available features depend on your subscription tier.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each individual may maintain only one account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the Service or use it in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Intentionally overload our infrastructure beyond your plan's rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

OnchainProbe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OnchainProbe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your data, including test suite configurations, endpoint URLs, and test results. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service, but we will never sell your individual data to third parties.

6. Tier Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to the limits of your subscription plan, including but not limited to the number of test suites, endpoints, test runs, and data retention periods. We reserve the right to enforce these limits programmatically. If you exceed your plan's limits, you may be prompted to upgrade or reduce usage.

7. Payment

Pro and Enterprise tiers require payment. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will remain available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular level of uptime will be maintained.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnchainProbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
